A seasoned bartender, John Ware has worked behind the bar at quite a few acclaimed establishments on both coasts, including The Raines Law Room, Dear Irving, Danny Meyer’s Maialino, and Apotheke Los Angeles. He currently works at the Lower East Side institution Freemans Restaurant.

We will explore the histories of, (& make!) the following classic cocktails:
- The Tom Collins
- The Improved Whiskey Cocktail
- The Martinez
Each participant will receive a kit prior to the beginning of the class which includes ingredients for 1 of each cocktail (3 cocktails total)
Each kit will include:
- London Dry Gin
- Rye Whiskey
- Old Tom Gin
- Maraschino Liqueur
- Sweet Vermouth
- Peychaud's bitters
- Orange bitters
- Fresh lemon
- Simple syrup
- Club soda
How to Book
1.) Reach out to John directly via the contact button. Please include:
- Date (or range of dates) you are requesting
- Size of Party
- Contact information
2.) John will reach out to you directly for a consultation. He will answer any questions and work through different ideas for the virtual class. Once decided, you will agree on a date/time for the event. Once a date and time has been determined, click on the "Book Class" button and enter your payment information. In the message section on the payment page, please include the following:
- Your Name
- Agreed Upon Date
3.) When the payment has been completed, John will be in touch with you to review all of the details of your event and collect all contact information for the participants in order to ship the kit prior to the virtual class.
