In his many years of living part-time in oaxaca, TJ Steele cultivated relationships with craftsmen, artists, mezcaleros, cooks and farmers throughout the region. He still visits them regularly and sources corn and beans for Claro’s menu from farms that hand-pick non- GMO heirloom (criollo) varieties.
Now a Michelin Star chef, T.J. Steele wants to bring that experience to you. Enjoy a night out with your closest friends and family, knowing you have Claro’s entire dining room all to yourselves. How to Book
1.) Reach out to Claro via the contact button. Please include:
- Date (or range of dates) you are requesting
- Contact information
2.) Someone from Claro will reach out to you directly to answer any questions and schedule a date/time for the event. Once a date and time has been determined, click on the "Reserve" button and enter your payment information. In the message section on the payment page, please include the following:
- Your Name
- Agreed Upon Date
3.) When the payment has been completed, the Claro team will be in touch with you to review all of the details of your event.
