The feast of Saint Vincent is the yearly celebration of the patron saint of Champagne! While this celebration normally takes place in late January, it’s 2020 so we are taking some liberties and celebrating early.
The team from La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels is prepared to host a feast worthy of a Saint (sinners may also inquire).
We can either safely host this at Compagnie for groups of 4 people (purchase on Outpost reserves the feast for a party of 4) or take the show on the road and come to your abode for groups up to 10 people within the tri-state area (additional fees may apply). Our chefs and sommeliers are fully trained in all COVID-safety protocols.
Feast of Saint Vincent menu includes:
- Warm Oysters with Yuzu Kosho Butter & Finger Lime + White Truffles
- Langoustine Agnolotti with Uni Cream & Saffron + White Truffles
- Aged Wagyu Strip Loin with Porcini and Foie Gras - Bordelaise + White Truffles
- Baked Harbison with Honeycomb + White Truffles
- A Bottle of Selosse per person (varying cuvées for variety's sake)

1.) Reach out to La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels via the contact button. Please include:
- Requested Date/Time
- Contact information
2.) Someone from La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels will reach out to you directly to answer any questions and schedule a date/time for the event. Once a date and time has been determined, click on the "Reserve a Spot" button and enter your payment information. In the message section on the payment page, please include the following:
- Your Name
- Agreed Upon Date
3.) When the payment has been completed, the La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels team will be in touch with you to review all of the details of your event.
