Raines Law Room: Virtual Cocktail Class for Your Team

Since The Raines Law Room opened in 2009, it has become an institution in the New York City speakeasy scene. The authenticity, secrecy and mouth watering cocktails have made The Raines Law Room a destination parlor.

Now we'll give you the opportunity to have the Raines Law Room experience in the comfort of your own home.

In this virtual class, learn to make 2 variations of the special cocktail of your choice.

Once decided, we will send each member of your team a personalized cocktail kit for the class.

Each kit makes 2 of each cocktail

*Examples may include:
- Kir Royale- Sparkling Wine, Cassis Liqueur
- Old Fashioned- Bourbon, Cinnamon Syrup, Orange Bitters
- Chalet Shake Up- Gin, Cherry Reduction, Garam Masala, Lime
- Hot or Cold Toddy- Scotch, Apple Juice, Honey, Cinnamon, Cayenne, Lemon
-Treetop Mule- Vodka, Pine, Ginger, Lime
- Polar Margarita- Tequila, Blood Orange, Agave, Lime, Spiced Rim
- Apre Ski Relaxer- Rum, Pecan, Pineapple, Lime, Nutmeg

If you chose the Polar Margarita, for example, you would receive the following:

  • 3 Bottles (50mL) of Reposado Tequila
  • 1 Bottle (1oz) Agave Nectar
  • 1 Bottle Blood Orange Syrup
  • 1 Packet Triple Spice (for the Rim)
  • Bitters
  • 2 Limes

How to Book
1.) Reach out to Raines Law Room directly at via the contact button. Please include:
- Date (or range of dates) you are requesting
- Size of Party
- Contact information

2.) Someone from Raines Law Room will reach out to you directly for a consultation. He/she will answer any questions and work through different ideas for the virtual class. Once decide, you will agree on a date/time for the event. Once a date and time has been determined, click on the "Book Class" button and enter your payment information. In the message section on the payment page, please include the following:
- Your Name
- Agreed Upon Date
- Agreed Upon Cocktail Kit

3.) When the payment has been completed, someone from the Raines Law Room team will be in touch with you to review all of the details of your event and collect all contact information for the participants in order to ship the kit prior to the virtual class.
