Join us for a virtual, real-time cooking class, focusing on the cuisine of Top Chef's David Viana's heritage: Portuguese.
Portuguese cuisine celebrates the abundance of treasures from the ocean as well as rich peasant food that never lacks flavor. Take a tour of Portugal and learn to make some of these chef’s favorite homemade classics: Garlic Shrimp and Paella Valencia.
This class is both intimate and interactive, as Chef leads you step by step, giving you confidence to cook fun dishes at home for your family and friends.
We will send the ingredient and mise en place list ahead of time so you can be ready to cook alongside Chef David (The recipes sent will be able to serve 4 people...great for leftovers!)
What You Need:
- Medium Saute Pan
- Large-Holed Grater
- Wooden Stirring Spoon or Spatula
Class is approximately 1.5 hours.

2) Heirloom Kitchen will reach out to you directly to answer any questions and schedule a date/time for the class Once a date and time has been determined, click on the "Book Class" button and enter your payment information. In the message section on the payment page, please include the following:
- Your Name
- Agreed Upon Date
3) When the payment has been completed, Heirloom Kitchen will be in touch with you to review all of the details of your event and collect all e-mail addresses of the participants to send ingredient list and recipe cards.
